Marine St: Heart of Historic Boulder Refresh

Built in 1902, on a 10,000 sq foot lot, it is a true gem and historic masterpiece in Boulder, CO. A new house for a newly married couple with a blended family, we pow-wowed to decide how to blend the best of both. Alex Besser helped with styling and sourcing materials for this very special home of our mutual friends. We refreshed and brought in new pieces and reupholstered collectible dining chairs, and more. Entry refreshed and energy changed, which always lands a beautiful first impression. The stunning art pieces already there took center stage with a little re-hanging. A wonderful project overall.
